February 2012: Sales Engineer

Open position - Starting asap

We are looking for a Sales Engineer.

Missions:

In charge of developing our customers relations in France and nearby european countries (Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Netherlands...), you :

- Prospect future clients and develop loyalty of current customers,

- Draw up offers with the hep of Engineering,

- Take part into the economic and competitive intelligence,

- Follow up on-going studies through the CRM software (Salesforce),

- Report on a regular basis your activity and results.

Qualifications required:

Ph.D in fluid mechanics and heat transfers, you ideally completed your technical competencies with a Sales training along with knowledge in CFD. Willing to join a dynamic and constant growing company, you possess several years of work experience.

Available and willing to travel, you are autonomous, rigorous, and you possess good interpersonal skills. Frequents trips are to be planned. Excellent English skills are required and a second european language would be much appreciated.

Remuneration : Basic + Incentive + Business car after the trial run.

December 2011 : HR Trainee

Position has been filled (Feb. 2012)

People are at the core of EURO/CFD strategy. Recruting doctors and engineers in fluid mechanics is a precise and patient work. We are willing, with the help of a HR trainee, to realize:

- a structural audit of the current HR function: analysis, recommandations and actions,

- the review of the recruting process, which has to be coherent with the ISO 9001 approach (in process at EURO/CFD),

- the implementation of a staff satisfaction survey: creation, implementation, analysis and actions.

Applicants should be motivated, rigourous and independant in their work. French language has to be totally mastered. An interest for new technologies would be appreciated.

September 2011: CFD Engineer

Position has been filled (Oct. 2011)

We are looking for a CFD engineer or Ph.D. expert in STAR-CCM+ and associated meshing tools (Gambit, ANSYS Workbench, HEXPRESS).

The engineer will be in charge of:

- technical advice for the customer,
- CFD studies following technical specifications,
- actively seek and propose new solutions,
- write studies reports,
- be part of technology and R&D intelligence within the company.

April 2011: Engineer Trainee position

Trainee position available - to be filled ASAP

Located in Belfort, at the heart of the Valley of Energy, EURO/CFD is recruting an Engineer (trainee) with the following subject to study:

« Comparative study of the opensource software "OpenFoam" and the main CFD commercial codes (Star-CCM+, Fluent, CFX) »

Today, CFD codes stay the preferred tools for industrial CFD studies. However, OpenFoam software is rising among the differents available tools for numerical simulation in the field of fluid dynamics.

EURO/CFD is thus developing by integrating OpenFoam among currently owned CFD codes. Training's goal is to show advantages (if existing) for the use of the software. Comparisons with other commercial software on real industrial applications will be performed to prove it or otherwise. Our HPC cluster « Little Big » will serve for comparison tests and case studies.
