The Fire and Evacuation Modeling community is growing and continues to diversify as new codes, software improvements and data standards promote the use of simulation and modeling tools for technical analysis. Because NIST is no longer holding the Annual Fire Research Conference, Thunderhead Engineering has chosen to host the inaugural Fire and Evacuation Modeling Technical Conference to encourage continued communication and collaboration.
