TOTAL aquires the most powerful calculation tool in France. The cluster will achieve 2,3 PetaFlops which correspond to 2,3 millions of billion of operations per second!

This supercluster, installed by SGI, make TOTAL the private company with the world greatest power of calculation.·

TOTAL uses their cluster to optimize oil exploitation.

The Energy Valley becomes an association

The Energy Valley strengthens and becomes an association. The purpose is to bring together companies from the energy field into a strong network. The reputation of the region and talents will spread outside France to enable companies to take part to national and international projects.

EURO/CFD is part of the exciting adventure as one of the consultancy firm for industrial companies and works towards a better understanding between bigger corporations and SME's.

TERATEC meeting in Paris
